This is Buck, the last of Keith's dogs. He's a 13 year old poodle. It's very hard to tell what is what in this mess of curls and blankets... You are looking at the front half of him. There is one paw, one ear, and his face here (face is on the right).

Day fourrrrr of my simple pleasures.

Today's topic: Sleeping in

Which, ironically, I didn't actually do today. This picture was taken at about 6:45 a.m., just after I had convinced myself that a college education is more important than getting a full 8 hours of sleep. But I felt the need to appreciate those mornings that I get to sleep in.

I absolutely love lying in bed in the warm covers (I'm always cold) and waking up slowly. It's such a great way to wake up, especially when compared with those mornings that you get shocked out of bed by the alarm clock and have to step out into a cold room.

It's even better if the boyfriend is asleep beside me. :)
