Day sixxx of my simple pleasures.


Today's topic: Cherry blossoms


I really hope that I do not have to explain why I love these. Besides being beautiful and fragile, they are a symbol of spring to me. My favorite are the pink ones, but our cherry tree has white blossoms that I love just the same.


(Our tree also blooms about two weeks later than the pink ones. Which frustrates me, because as soon as I see pink blossoms I want to break out my camera.)
