Vines along a brick building in downtown Seattle.

My boyfriend Keith and I went there today and did the Seattle Underground Tour.

It was so interesting (and hilarious) to hear what Seattle was like during its early days. Those people had like no idea what they were doing. Starting putting buildings on mudflats, let children drown in giant (12' x 6' x 10') puddles that they named and plotted on maps instead of filling in, and so on.

If you ever visit Seattle for a long trip, this is definitely worth the $15 ($12 if you're a student). But if you're only visiting for a few days, skip it and go to Pike Place or another place instead. :) The tour wasn't that amazing.
